On 3 December, Anna Abramova, Director of the MGIMO AI Centre, took part in the NEIMARK School of Digital Ethics, which takes place from 2 to 5 December 2024 in Nizhny Novgorod.Anna Abramova acted as a guest speaker, presenting a professional view on current approaches to global regulation of AI technologies, as well as issues of digital ethics and sustainable implementation of AI solutions.
NEIMARK.The School of Digital Ethics is a research project for students to address issues and practical challenges related to ethical auditing of AI-based solutions.
This year, the School of Digital Ethics brought together senior undergraduates, masters, and Ph.D. students from technical and socio-humanities disciplines, creating an interdisciplinary community, and this year they received:
- Diving into AI Ethical Auditing. How to evaluate solutions and minimise costs while being ethical.
- Interacting with experts. Meetings with leading experts in AI and digital technology.
- Practical work.
- Skills development. Participants will gain experience working with real cases.
