The research work includes an analysis of the AI ethics regulation system, reviews of foreign experts and international organizations on AI ethics in education. It also identifies the main risks of AI ethics in education and provides universal recommendations for the development and systematisation of laws and other legal instruments in the field of AI ethics in education.
