On 29–30 September, Dushanbe hosted the ITU Regional Development Forum for CIS countries (ITU RDF-CIS-26). Anna Abramova, Director of the MGIMO Artificial Intelligence Centre, took part in the event. The Forum brought together representatives of countries across the region and international organizations to discuss the development of telecommunications infrastructure, digital transformation, the deployment of emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and the resilience of communications networks. As part of her working programme in Dushanbe, Anna Abramova also participated in a joint meeting of the Council of Heads of Communications Administrations of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC) and the Coordination Council of the CIS Member States on Informatization under the RCC. The agenda included, among other issues, the development of regional cooperation in artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
