The analytical report from the AI Center is in the top 10 of downloads from SSRN.
The analytical report titled "AI Ethics Assessment at National and International Levels: Approach to Index Framework and Methodology" has entered the top 10 most downloaded papers in the category of Innovation Systems on SSRN in August.

While index-based assessments are applied to analyze the AI sector covering technical and economic aspects, the ethical indicators of AI remain insufficient for the current state of research in the field of artificial intelligence. In response, the authors of the report proposed a foundation for a possible global ethical assessment of AI using an index, with key stakeholders including government, business, civil society, and research centers.

Published in February 2022, the report was prepared as part of the "Priority 2030" program. Its authors are experts from the AI Center: A.V. Abramova, A.I. Ryzhkova, and Y.K. Tserekh. The research is available in both Russian and English languages. "AI Ethics Assessment at National and International Levels: Approach to Index Framework and Methodology" marks the first publication in the research collection "Artificial Intelligence for Development."
