Anna Abramova, Director of the MGIMO AI Centre, took part in the events of the Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF)
The Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF) was held on 9-10 April. During the discussion of Section 2. ‘Shaping Artificial Intelligence Development Strategies’, Anna Abramova, Head of the MGIMO AI Centre, spoke about finding a balance in international AI regulation and described the activities of the UN High-Level Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence.

Besides, RIGF traditionally starts with the youth part, which starts a couple of working days earlier. This year's Youth RIGF took place on 5 April at the Cyberdome fijital space with a very busy programme.
As part of the event, Anna Abramova held a discussion with young staff and presented information about what kind of specialists are trained at the MGIMO-MIPT Master's programme ‘Artificial Intelligence’. Among other things, it was discussed what qualities and skills of applicants are valued by IT sector employers today.
The discussion was attended by representatives of Positive technologies, MTS and Rostelecom.
