Announcement: Annual Conference “AI Global Dimension 2025: Entrepreneurship and Development”
On November 14, 2025, the MGIMO AI Centre will hold its traditional annual conference “AI in the Global Dimension 2025: Entrepreneurship and Development.”
Over the years, the event has established itself as a platform uniting government representatives, business leaders, the academic community, and international organizations. Experts will discuss entrepreneurial development in the AI sector and explore opportunities for collaboration among market participants.
The programme includes panel discussions addressing key topics such as international AI regulation, standardization, ethical frameworks, data transfer, and coordination of global policy approaches among leading actors. Special attention will be devoted to practical aspects, including analysis of international cooperation and export potential of Russian technologies, success factors for entering foreign markets, and case studies in developing and promoting competitive IT solutions.
The conference will feature two thematic sessions:
Session 1. Support Measures for Entrepreneurship: Opportunities for Expanding International Cooperation

Moderator: Anna Abramova, Director of the MGIMO AI Centre and Academic Supervisor of the MGIMO Master’s Programme “Artificial Intelligence.”
This session will focus on effective tools for stimulating entrepreneurial activity and mechanisms of state support for innovative AI projects. Special emphasis will be placed on enhancing the export potential of Russian IT companies and expanding international partnerships in digital technologies.
Session 2. AI and Business: What Kind of Support is Needed Today and Tomorrow (Round Table)

This round table will address current business needs in Russia and abroad related to the implementation and scaling of AI-based solutions. Participants will discuss existing and prospective governmental, corporate, and industry support measures, as well as opportunities for building effective collaboration between business, academia, and the public sector.
