Anna Abramova Speaks at the International Forum “IT-Dialogue 2025” in Saint Petersburg
On November 5, 2025, Anna Abramova, Head of the MGIMO AI Centre, took part in a round table discussion titled “International Cooperation and Exchange of Experience in the Field of Artificial Intelligence: Ethics, Responsibility, Regulators” during the International Forum “IT-Dialogue 2025”, held in Saint Petersburg from November 5 to 8.
In her address, Anna Abramova emphasized that the human factor remains central to the effective implementation of AI — encompassing education, understanding, and responsible use of technology to enhance performance and decision-making. She also highlighted the importance of training qualified professionals and fostering an interdisciplinary approach in AI development.
The forum brought together representatives from all regions of Russia, CIOs of major companies, government officials, technology leaders, investors, and international delegations. It served as a key platform for discussing the trends shaping both Russia’s and the global digital agenda.
More than 2,000 participants attended the event, including over 100 Chief Digital Transformation Officers and 300 CIOs from leading Russian enterprises and corporations.
