MGIMO AI Centre at the AI for Good Global Summit 2026 in Geneva
The MGIMO AI Centre is taking part in the AI for Good Summit in a variety of formats — from high-level discussions to dedicated sessions.
On 5 July, the WTO headquarters hosted the high-level meeting “Pathways for Cooperation on AI Governance Interoperability and Private-Sector Practices”. Anna Abramova, Director of the MGIMO AI Centre, took part in the discussion of the reports, addressing trade and trade policy aspects, as well as competition regulation.
The discussion was organised by the AI Governance for Humanity Lab at the UN Office for Digital and Emerging Technologies (ODET) and preceded the launch of the Global Dialogue on AI Governance, to be held in Geneva in July 2026.

The same day saw the official launch of the UN-supported AI Capacity Development Network (AI-CDN) — a new platform for knowledge sharing and for strengthening national competencies in the field of AI.
The MGIMO AI Centre's participation in the AI for Good Summit is carried out under the Priority-2030 development programme.
