The adoption of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act in 2024 has launched the process of developing a large number of relevant bylaws and regulations. This activity aims to create a comprehensive legal framework for the EU in the field of AI. While this work is still in progress, some preliminary conclusions can be drawn.
